Wildcat Reserve Parkway climbs harder than it looks on a map, and out toward the Backcountry Wilderness edge the long grades eat brake pads. We pull cars off those shoulders year-round — cooked brakes in summer, sedans that couldn't hold the line in fresh snow. A winch-out there isn't a flat-lot recovery.
The subdivisions are a different call sheet. Northridge, Westridge, Firelight — HOA-signed guest parking and blocked driveways. This is unincorporated Douglas County, so it's the Sheriff involved, not a city PD. Lockouts, jump starts, flatbeds and seasonal RV moves all run the same dispatch.
C-470 ramps, long grades and driveway calls
Do you cover the C-470 on- and off-ramps at Lucent, Broadway and University?
Yes, plus the approaches on Highlands Ranch Parkway. Tell dispatch which ramp and your direction of travel so the driver comes in on the right side.
Someone's parked in my HOA guest spot or blocking my driveway — can you tow it?
We can, but it's a private-property tow — the owner or the HOA's authorized agent has to sign off, and the Towing Bill of Rights notice rules apply. Call and we'll walk you through it first.
